Application Process
01
Schedule a viewing appointment by contacting our office or attending an open house.
02
Complete an online application form detailing your household members, income, and information required to perform a background check. Requires a $40.00 application fee per applicant.
03
Our office reviews your application and background check results to determine next steps.
04
Upon approval, contract documents are drafted for signature. Security/pet deposit and pro-rated first month's rent are due at time of signing.
05
Walkthrough inspection is performed and keys are handed over. Welcome to your new home!
