To create a new login, you must contact our office for your login information and instructions.

After you have activated your account in a web browser, you can log in using the tenant portal mobile app below.
 

rmResident - Tenant Mobile App

To use the mobile app, you must first activate your account in a web browser as outlined above. Contact our office for your login information and instructions.

Mobile App Instructions:

  1.  From Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone), search and download the rmResident app.

  2.  After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following:

    • Company Code: poltz

    • Community: Default

  3.  Log in with your account email address.
